What kinds of software do you use for dashboarding, quality improvement and database linkages?
We are using Healthy Communities Network to support CHA/CHIP in Kansas, Hospitals and health departments are coordinating on this area. Our dashboards use the HCN Kansas Health Matters Site. Kansas Health Matters had a $75000 start up and about $90000 annual upkeep fee
What is the scale of your implementation?
We are providing CHA CHIP support to all counties and their regions when the data are lacking. We use a special section of the Community toolbox for support and technical assistance.
How long did it take and how much did it cost?
What are the pros and cons of this software? There are issues on suppressed data for communities
