Cindy's experience covers a broad spectrum of subject areas including finance and investment, telecommunications, and information exchange standards. She has designed & developed various data entry systems and computer-to-computer interfaces, as well as operational data stores, and managed the data in several data bases. She has a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Engineering Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University.
