We use the Comunicator!NXT for direct alerting and are now exploring cascade alerting certification. We believe that the Communicator can serve as the PHIN Directory and are exploring that possibility with our IT staff. I wondered if you have any insight based on your experience with cascade alerting as to what the CDC means by a directory of public health. How does the PHIN Directory fit with cascade alerting capabilities based on your experience in achieving certification?
