ICD-9 CM Diagnosis & Procedure FY 2010 - Effective Oct 1st 2009

Greetings:
I am posting the FY 2010 version of ICD-9 CM Diagnosis (Vol 1&2) and Procedure (Vol 3). You can see the worksheets that contain the entire ICD-9 CM as well as incremental changes from last year.
Concept codes that would be passed in the HL7 message for ICD-9 concepts are ICD-9 codes without any decimals created by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Human readable ICD-9 codes with decimals are also included in the display name within brackets.

These will be posted in PHIN VADS (CDC Vocabulary Server) at http://phinvads.cdc.gov soon.
