The Health Care Professional Stakeholder Group provides a forum for NDEP partners to share information about emerging issues; review and provide feedback on NDEP messages and materials developed for the health care team (including the www.BetterDiabetesCare.nih.gov website and the Diabetes HealthSense resource to support behavior change); and discuss initiatives NDEP might explore to fill gaps in outreach to help the health care team in efforts to prevent or control diabetes.
